You acknowledge that our services are support tools only and do not replace professional judgment or compliance with laws, codes, or official regulatory inspections. Final responsibility for compliance remains with the user.
3. Service Access and Payment
Access to AI Bob AB's services requires a paid agreement with AI Bob AB. Details of the pricing, subscription terms, and payment methods will be specified in a separate agreement or contract. Services will be made available to you upon confirmation of your subscription and receipt of payment, in accordance with the agreed terms. Failure to pay fees, breach of contract, or misuse of the services may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Access to the services is contingent upon having an active, paid agreement with AI Bob AB.

Access to the Services is contingent on an active, valid paid agreement with AI Bob AB.
AI Bob AB reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or poses a security, legal, or operational risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Bob AB disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall AI Bob AB be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the services; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services; and/or (f) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

Claims, demands, lawsuits, or proceedings;
Liabilities, damages, losses, and costs;
Expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees,
that arise out of or relate to:

Your data, content, or materials provided through the Services;
Your violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
You are responsible for all costs and damages resulting from such claims, including costs incurred by AI Bob AB in defending or resolving them.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Stockholm, Sweden, to resolve any dispute, claims, or controversies arising from or relating to these terms, the service or your relationship with AI Bob AB.
